  3. Network layer — switching, IPv4/IPv6, ARP, RARP, BOOTP, DHCP, unicast routing
  4. Transport layer — UDP, TCP, SCTP, congestion control, QoS, leaky bucket & token bucket
  5. Application layer — DNS, DDNS, TELNET, email, FTP, WWW, HTTP, SNMP, Bluetooth, firewalls, cryptography basics
